Wearable Textile Patch Antenna: With Co-Planar Waveguide (CPW) feed for Medical Applications

Abstract
This paper presents a novel design of a wearable textile antenna in 2.4 GHz ISM band for wireless medical applications. The design involves C-shape patch antenna built on denim substrate with coplanar waveguide (CPW) feeding structure. The antenna is simulated using Computer simulation technology (CST) and the following parameters Return Loss , Directivity, VSWR and Gain are presented.
