Paper Title
Impact of Work-From-Home Policies on Employee Performance and Satisfaction

Abstract
Remote work has become an essential aspect of today's work culture, particularly in the aftermath of the pandemic, altering workplace dynamics and employee expectations. This study examines how work-from-home (WFH) policies affect productivity, job satisfaction, and work-life balance. While WFH provides benefits like flexibility, autonomy, and cost savings for companies, it also brings challenges such as diminished teamwork, communication hurdles, and blurred lines between work and personal life. This study employs a mixed-method research approach, analyzing insights from professionals in various fields by combining survey data with secondary literature. The findings reveal that job satisfaction is generally higher among more experienced employees, while younger professionals entering the workforce report lower satisfaction. Although productivity levels are fairly consistent across different age groups, job satisfaction varies significantly. To maintain engagement and efficiency, organizations need to adopt well-considered policies, including strong technological support and clear communication strategies. Ongoing refinement of WFH policies will be crucial for balancing flexibility, productivity, and employee well-being.
