Paper Title
AI-Driven Talent Acquisition: Opportunities, Challenges, and Strategic Implications for HR

Abstract
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is already changing Human Resource Management, especially within talent acquisition. This article investigates the applications of HR recruitment technologies based on AI (e.g., resume screening, use of chat-bots to communicate with candidates, predictive analyses of job-fit, and algorithmic matching) as they apply to recruitment processes. The technology improves efficiency, hiring quality, and reduces costs. There are concerns about bias in resumes and/or job descriptions, transparency, and data privacy and security. The article also discusses the strategic planning considerations of the HR function, including the alignment of AI tools with broader HR/ People plans, including a company's desire for diverse talent pools and long term people planning. The research is both a literature review and an examination of real-life case studies, which resulted in the balanced image of the impact of AI on the recruitment processes. The human-AI partnership is maintained in the focus, thus automation serves as an aid and enhances human judgment but does not substitute it. The ability to provide an in-depth analysis of the role played by AI in talent sourcing provides the paper with a realistic guide that can be used by HR leaders, technology innovators, and policymakers that aspire to take full advantage of AI without necessarily compromising their approach to talent sourcing, which should be ethical, fair, and successful.
