Integrating Sustainability for Organizational and Global Growth: A Systematic And Bibliometric Review
Abstract
This paper explores the idea of sustainability, which has evolved from a basic Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative into a key organizational goal. This evolution helps in long-term growth and maintain competitiveness on a global scale. The paper focus on an important aspect how companies integrate sustainability into their overall strategy which builds internal strength of the organization and helps in the global development. Furthermore, it explains how organizations align their goals with United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, or SDGs. This study examines worldwide research patterns that highlight the connection between CSR, sustainability and organizational performance through Bibliometric analysis and PRISMA based systematic review.VOS viewer was used to examine data gathered from the Scopus database and illustrate patterns of international collaboration and term co-occurrence. The study examines how sustainability-driven practices improve innovation, credibility among stakeholders, and overall business adaptability by summarizing existing literature. Partnership and collaboration stand out as crucial enablers that link corporate objectives with higher-level societal and environmental results. This paper makes the case that sustainability is not just a moral requirement but also a strategic necessity that promotes organizational change, economic expansion, and global well-being by merging theoretical understanding with real-world experiences.
