IMPACT OF MOTIVATION ON STRESS, ANXIETY AND JOB SATISFACTION OF MALE AND FEMALE SPECIAL EDUCATORS

Abstract
Abstract - The present study examines the impact of motivation on anxiety, stress and job satisfaction of male and female special educators. For the study normative survey method was used. The sample comprises of 167 special educators chosen through purposive sampling. For analysis of the data, descriptive and inferential statistics was used. Upon investigation and statistical analysis, it was inferred that the impact of motivation on stress, anxiety and job satisfaction do not differ with regard to the gender of special educators.
